Speed Raids Guide

Speed Raids are a weekly and hourly fast raid track in Anime Dimensions Simulator. They are not the eight-minute damage raid. You kill a single boss as quickly as the equipped character can, cash a small pile of gems and raid tokens, then wait out a cooldown before the next entry. Each character can only be used once each week, which is why a 50-clear is a roster problem, not a “loop my S-tier forever” problem. The experience has been live on Roblox since 11 June 2021 (Albatross Games). Codes unlock at 10, the eight-minute raid at 15, Infinite Mode at 20. Speed Raid is the extra track you add once you have more than one usable face.

There is no public Trello. Cooldown, weekly character lock, and milestone numbers below are what community wikis and farm videos actually use. If the live HUD disagrees after a mini update, trust the HUD.

Speed Raid versus the eight-minute raid

The normal raids loop is a 1–8 player damage sponge on an eight-minute timer. Rewards scale with a shared damage threshold. You revive infinitely. Limited raids rotate weekly with three open at once. That mode is still the main raid-token faucet.

Speed Raid is a kill-the-boss clock. Reward count scales with clear time: under 2:00 has been 20 rewards, then 17 / 15 / 13 / 12 stepping down to 10 if you go past 10:00. Payouts are a small mix of gems and raid tokens — community farm clips quote about 4–6 raid tokens per speed raid, not the dense table of an eight-minute lobby. You also pick up speed-raid tokens for the Speed Raid shop (Shadow Monarch has sat there as a 4,500-token trophy). Do not dump regular raid tokens into a speed-raid exclusive.

Each character is locked for the week after you use it. After a run you wait about 60 minutes before you can enter another Speed Raid. That is why this mode is “weekly/hourly”: a character-once week plus an hourly re-entry. It is faster than Boss Rush. A Speed Raid that actually kills the boss in a couple of minutes beats a three-boss chain you still have to ticket.

Bring a unit that can burst, not a kit that needs seven minutes of uptime. Raid ranking still helps; open the raid unit ranking when you decide which faces are worth a weekly lock.

Weekly 50-clear and token math

Fifty Speed Raids in a week is a community goal, not a hidden quest the game prints in red. You only hit 50 if you own enough characters to lock one per run. Players with a thin roster stop at a milestone they can actually reach.

Milestone table the community tracks:

  • 3, 5, and 10 Speed Raids: 50 (speed-raid or shadow-raid tokens depending on the live row)
  • 15 Speed Raids: 250 raid tokens
  • 20: 75
  • 25: 1,000 trait tokens
  • 30: 100
  • 40: 500
  • 50: 500 raid tokens

Fifteen clears for 250 raid tokens is the first milestone that feels like a real gems and token session even if you cannot staff a 50-clear. Fifty is the weekly ceiling if the roster exists. Count faces before Sunday, not after you have already burned your three S-tiers on Monday night.

A practical way to staff 50 without throwing healers into a DPS check: start the week on weaker characters while the boss is still easy, then spend stronger kits as the track ramps. Skip dedicated healers unless that kit also kills. Seven or eight Speed Raids a day for a week is the boring calendar that actually hits 50; two on Saturday and panic on Sunday is how people stall at 15.

Session order with raids and Boss Rush

Do Speed Raid plus the hourly raid, then Boss Rush while those are on cooldown. The eight-minute raid still opens in the first roughly ten minutes of every hour. Speed Raid has its own 60-minute wait. Boss Rush tickets do not care about either clock beyond your daily free entry.

A weekday hour after level 15:

  1. Join a full raid lobby during the open window. Tokens first.
  2. If a character is still unused this week, run one Speed Raid.
  3. While both are cooling down, spend Boss Rush tickets or farm Dimension gems for more tickets.
  4. If you are done tapping, park AFK Place, especially on a weekend 2x.

That order keeps the dense raid table, the weekly Speed Raid milestones, and the ticket converter from fighting each other for the same ten minutes. Extra Drop helps the raid and Boss Rush drops; it is not a Speed Raid-only pass.

Speed Raid shop rows (Shadow costumes, Shadow Monarch, later shadow faces) are a separate wallet. Spend speed-raid tokens there. Spend regular raid tokens on the raid shop, event keys, and trait rolls. Mixing those two piles is how people “cannot afford” a 3600 raid face after a week of Speed Raid grinding.

Online co-op still fills the eight-minute raid. Speed Raid is your character and your clock. A wide roster with mediocre traits will beat a museum of unused S names you refuse to lock. Use the weak faces. Save the burst kit for the boss that actually needs it. The 50-clear is a counting problem you solve on Monday, not a damage problem you solve with one more gem-shop portrait.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for codes, raids, gems, and character picks.

Is Speed Raid the same as the eight-minute raid?

No. Speed Raid is a timed boss kill with a weekly character lock and a 60-minute wait. The party raid is an eight-minute damage threshold. See raids.

How many raid tokens does a Speed Raid pay?

Community farm clips quote about 4–6 raid tokens per clear, plus milestone lumps. Fifteen Speed Raids have paid 250 raid tokens.

Do I need 50 characters for Speed Raid?

You need 50 usable characters to hit the weekly 50-clear. If the roster is thinner, stop at 15 for the 250-token milestone instead of forcing dead kits.

What should I run first each hour?

Speed Raid plus the hourly raid, then Boss Rush while those are on cooldown. Do not skip the eight-minute lobby for a 4–6 token Speed Raid.

Is Speed Raid faster than Boss Rush?

Yes, when the boss actually dies quickly. Boss Rush is a three-boss chain that spends tickets. Speed Raid is the faster leftover track.

Where do speed-raid tokens get spent?

The Speed Raid shop, not the regular raid shop. Do not mix that wallet with the gems plan or a 3600 raid face.
