Anime Dimensions Simulator Progression Roadmap (1 to 141)

What to farm at every gate, when a gem unit is worth it, and when raids become the token sink.

Progression Roadmap

This roadmap is a level-gated plan for Anime Dimensions Simulator, not a DPS spreadsheet. The game has been live on Roblox since 11 June 2021 (Albatross Games, @coolbullsAS, builder @d5no_). It is free-to-play online co-op. Codes unlock at level 10, raids at 15, Infinite Mode at 20. Higher dimensions unlock as account level rises. Gold from dimensions jumps at level 85. Alien Dimension Nightmare was talked about as 141+ during the billion-visit event — treat that as a late-account high dim, not a new-player map.

There is no Trello. If your level and the in-game portal list disagree, the portal list wins. Pair this page with level up fast, gems, raids, starter characters, and the tier list. Last patch on the game page: 24 July 2026 mini update (weekend AFK 2x, three rotating limited raids, permanent raid items).

Levels 1 to 10: survive, do not shop

Pick a cheap starter from the starters page. Do not open the gem shop on the first 50-gem face. Clear the lowest dimensions you can finish with other players in the server (online co-op, 50-player servers). Cards that drop here exist to make the starter less embarrassing. They are not your forever build.

Farm: dimensions you can actually clear. Ask in the lobby if you are stuck; start the run when people join instead of waiting for a matching level.

Do not: spend Robux on gold, buy Extra Drop yet if money is tight, or reroll for a limited costume.

Goal: account level 10 so the Codes button turns on. That single gate is worth more gems than an hour of early AFK.

Levels 10 to 15: codes, then a real gem decision

Redeem every live string on codes. MINIUPDATE is the 24 July 2026 patch code. Codes are case-sensitive. This is the first time the account has real gems and raid tokens it did not earn the slow way.

When to buy a gem unit. After codes, open the tier list and the gems guide. Buy one unit that the list still ranks for clearing dimensions and early raids. Skip anything the shop is pushing with a banner you cannot verify on the Roblox description. If the starter plus codes already lets you clear the current dim, you can wait until 15 and see raid damage first.

Farm: the highest dimension you clear without dying to the boss timer. Invite people. EXP from a helped clear beats a heroic solo wipe.

Card policy: equip new cards from the dim you are in. Do not gold-upgrade a common card to max because it “feels close.” You will replace it.

Levels 15 to 20: raids become the token sink

Level 15 is the raid gate. Raids are 1–8 player damage checks with an eight-minute timer and an hourly open window. After the mini update, three limited raids stay open and the set rotates weekly. Tokens from those fights are now the main sink: pet capsules, rotating costumes, and (as of 24 July 2026) permanent limited raid items.

Farm: at least one raid per open window if a lobby exists. Read raids before you dump the tokens you just got from codes. Easy first. Nightmare later.

Do not: buy gold in the raid shop to level the cards you are wearing today. That gold is the worst purchase on this roadmap.

Gem unit at 15. If you skipped the shop at 10 and raids feel impossible, this is the second legal moment to buy a gem fighter. Check the tier list again; the sixteen 24 July buffs (Dusk, Nyx Sword King, Hime, Shinobi (Six Paths), Scarlet Cutter, Tengu, Mochi Boy, Sun Gomi, Zane, Dual Wielder, Cursed Sage, Chainsaw, Sora Sun God, Combat Giant, Tiger, Astral Wolf) are buffs, not automatic buys.

Push account level with level up fast so you are not stuck in the 15–19 band for a week. Infinite Mode is the next gate, not a side mode you can ignore.

Levels 20 to 85: Infinite Mode, higher dims, still no gold panic

Level 20 unlocks Infinite Mode. Use it when you can hold a long wave without wiping; it is an EXP and card lane, not a skip button for raids. Keep entering higher dimensions as the account level allows. Each step up drops better cards and more gold. That is the entire point of the level curve.

Token sink: raids remain the main sink. Costumes rotate weekly — wait if the current row is wrong. Items are permanent — buy when a craft is blocking you. Pets still eat tokens; do not starve capsules for a mid skin.

Card policy: slot the new dim’s cards. Feed gold only into cards that dropped in the current band, and only if the fighter wearing them is the one you will take into raids. Early-band cards are dead weight.

Gem unit later. A second gem purchase is for a raid-shaped hole (no boss damage, no clear) after you have Extra Drop or a pet, not for collecting names. Gems first.

Level 85: the gold jump

At level 85, gold from dimensions jumps. This is the patch of advice the old level pages all repeat, and the mini update did not change it. You finally have enough gold that upgrading current cards is real. That is also why spending raid-shop gold on level 20 cards was a mistake: you just entered the band where the game hands you the currency those upgrades wanted.

Farm: the highest dim you clear, plus the three open limited raids. Weekend AFK Place 2x is extra gold and gems on top; it is not a substitute for 85+ dimensions.

Card policy, rewritten: now you may gold-upgrade the cards that dropped here. Still do not backfill a starter’s commons. Still do not buy gold in the raid shop unless you have already maxed the current dim’s useful cards and somehow have tokens burning a hole — and even then, items and capsules are better.

Level 141 and the old high dim

During the billion visits event Albatross added Alien Dimension Nightmare as a 141+ dim and put Speed and Dominator on that week’s character list, plus a Galaxy Katana UGC window for 50 hours. That week is over. The dim remains the example of “higher dims as account level rises.” If your account is 141 and the portal is there, it is a late-game card and gold lane. If you are level 40, it is trivia.

Other archive banners — Gear 5, Joto, Black Asta, 2x EXP/gold/token weeks, limited UGC katanas — explain old YouTube HUDs. They are not this week’s shop.

One-week sample calendar

  • Monday: redeem codes, run the highest clearable dim, one gem look at the tier list only if you are at a shop decision named above.
  • Raid hours, any day after 15: three open limited raids. Tokens first, costumes only if the weekly row is correct.
  • Dailies: finish the co-op dim and the raid daily so the pet capsule can drop.
  • Saturday–Sunday: raid hour, then AFK Place 2x. Extra Drop on. Do not start a dimension you cannot finish while a boost is ticking.
  • Never: raid-shop gold on early cards; a gem unit the shop recommends that the tier list does not.

A practical week is codes when they exist, raid tokens on the hour after 15, AFK Place on the weekend, and one gem purchase only after the tier list still agrees. That is the whole roadmap. Everything else is a dimension you have not unlocked yet.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for codes, raids, gems, and character picks.

What are the hard level gates?

Codes at 10, raids at 15, Infinite Mode at 20. Higher dimensions unlock as you level. Gold from dimensions jumps at 85. Alien Nightmare was 141+ during the billion event.

When should I buy a gem unit?

After level 10 codes, and only if the tier list and gems guide agree. A second chance is at 15 if raids are impossible. Never the first 50-gem face.

When do raids become the main token sink?

From level 15 onward. After 24 July 2026, three limited raids rotate weekly and limited items are permanent. See raids.

Should I spend raid-shop gold on cards?

No, especially before 85. Wait for the dimension gold jump and upgrade cards from the dim you are actually in. Early cards get replaced.

Who should I play before the first gem buy?

A cheap starter from starter characters. Level it through early dimensions using level up fast until codes unlock.

Is this roadmap for an unreleased game?

No. Anime Dimensions Simulator released on 11 June 2021. The roadmap tracks live gates after the 24 July 2026 mini update. There is no Trello.
