Anime Dimensions Simulator How to Unlock Characters in Anime Dimensions

Gems, dimension bosses, raid tokens, weekly limiteds, and event keys — not a Trello.

How to Unlock Characters

Unlocking a character in Anime Dimensions Simulator is not a single gacha button. Albatross Games’ Roblox RPG (released 11 June 2021) splits the roster across a gem shop, dimension boss drops, raid shops, weekly limited raids, and event keys. Online co-op helps you clear the content that drops those faces; it does not roll the 0.03% for you. This page is the pipe-by-pipe route. Spend advice lives on the gems guide and the raids guide.

There is no public Trello. If a Discord screenshot lists a drop rate, treat it as a wiki number, not a hidden official board.

Gem shop purchases

Open the character shop and buy with gems. Prices historically run 50 (starters), 800 (Bowman, base King of Curses), 1,600 (Eden-class and the A-tier 1,600 row), 2,500 (Hunter, Speed), and higher for later exclusives. Gems come from leveling (about 25 per level, more after 100), daily quests, Time Chamber AFK (3 per 5 minutes, double with VIP), and codes once you hit level 10.

This is the only unlock you can schedule. Save for 1,600-plus. The five 50-gem faces are already covered by your starter pick. Costumes that awaken a main (Gear 5, Shrine, Final, Six Paths, Incarnate) are shop items too — buy the hero first, then the costume that actually changes their tier.

Shop stock rotates. Old limited costumes now cycle into the shop weekly. If you missed a limited raid, wait for the shop row instead of camping a 0.03% drop.

Dimension boss characters

Dimensions are the maps you run with friends from minute one. Many C and B names are dimension drops or cheap shop copies of those drops. Older tables put Pasta, Itabori, and Yakaza on Demon Dimension (Easy / Hard / Nightmare), Cherry / Hatsu / Kirua on Titan Dimension, Susky on Curse Dimension Easy. Exact floors change with updates; the rule does not: if the shop lists a 200–600 gem face that also drops from a map you can already clear, farm the map first.

Dimension drops are still rare enough that a 300-gem buy can be faster than a week of Nightmare. Use gems on those only after the first 1,600 main exists. Nightmare floors also drop better cards, which raise the character you already own more than a duplicate C-tier name does.

You do not need raids for this pipe. You need a lobby. Ask in-game; online co-op is how low-level accounts finish a dimension whose boss is above their solo DPS.

Raid drops, tokens, and limited rotation

Raids unlock at level 15. Lobbies hold one to eight players, last eight minutes, and pay out on damage bands. Reward tables put Raid Tokens around 79%, gems around 20%, and characters around 0.03%. You do not plan a roster around that 0.03%. You plan around tokens.

Permanent raid shops sell older raid faces for Raid Tokens (often 3,600 for a featured name). Limited raids rotate weekly with three open at once. Matching specialists gain +50% damage on that limited — that is a DPS flag, not an unlock flag. Event raids need a key: 299 Robux (unlimited), 400 Raid Tokens twice per day, or a rare raid drop. Event character drop rates sit near 0.05% on those keys.

Speed Raid shops (later level gate) are another token wallet. Shadow Monarch has sat there as a 4,500 Speed Raid Token trophy. Do not dump regular Raid Tokens into a Speed Raid exclusive.

If you are under 15, this entire pipe is closed. Farm dimensions and gems. If you are 15+ and still on a starter, run populated raids for tokens and gems, then buy a raid shop face that is actually S or A, not the first 3,600 portrait you see.

Event keys, daily rewards, and the leftover pipes

Some faces sit on the seven-day login (Tonjuro was a classic 500-gem / day-7 hybrid). Daily rewards will not give you Incarnate. Take them, then move on.

Boss Rush tickets drop from raids and buy King of Heroes-style exclusives in that shop. Treat Boss Rush as a side wallet, not a starter plan.

Infinite Mode (level 20) does not drop characters. It drops cards and a once-per-day Trait Token allowance. Do not run Infinite expecting a new face.

Game passes (Extra Drop, gem packs) raise odds and wallets. They do not replace the “save 1,600 gems” rule. Extra Drop is for people who already raid; it is not a new-account unlock strategy.

What to chase first

Order of operations for a new account:

  1. Pick a starter. Do not buy the other four.
  2. Hit level 10, redeem every working code.
  3. Bank gems through dailies and Time Chamber.
  4. Buy one 1,600-plus shop main (Speed / Hunter / Eden-class if listed, else a current S shop name).
  5. Hit 15, join full raid lobbies, stock tokens.
  6. Buy a raid shop or limited costume that upgrades the main you already play, not a random S name you cannot trait.
  7. Open Infinite at 20 for cards and trait fuel.

Gacha in this game is “the shop rotated” plus “the drop table is cruel.” Using a gacha character better means putting traits, cards, and a matching limited bonus on them — the video on this page — not pulling until the roster is 80 names wide. A short roster with one S costume will beat a museum of C-tier dimension drops.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for codes, raids, gems, and character picks.

Can I unlock raid characters before level 15?

No. Raids open at 15. Farm gems, dimensions, and codes until then.

What is the raid character drop rate?

About 0.03% on standard raids. Run for tokens and keys, then buy from shops. Details on the raids guide.

Do limited raids go away forever?

They rotate weekly, and old limited costumes now cycle into the shop. Missing a week is not a permanent hole.

Does Infinite Mode drop new characters?

No. Infinite (level 20) drops cards and a daily Trait Token cap. Characters come from shop, dimensions, and raids.

Where should gems go if I want a new face?

One 1,600-plus shop main. Routes and what not to buy are on the gems guide.

Is there a Trello with every drop rate?

No public Trello exists. Use in-game shops, this page, and raid reward tooltips.
